The Papers of Benjamin Franklin: https://franklinpapers.yale.edu/ — Sponsored by the American Philosophical Society and Yale University: Digital Edition by the Packard Humanities Institute.
Clearly the best and most authoritative source on Benjamin Franklin’s writings anywhere.
Select Digital Edition to be taken to the Packard Humanities Institute digital text archive and/or the PHI homepage.

The Cloudflare “Always Online” technology does not seem to be in effect. I spoke with a sales associate at Cloudflare on 8/13/2018, and she was going to submit a technical request. No change as of 8/14/2018.
- on 8/15/2018 I reached the technical POC at PHI and forwarded a request for information to him.
- 8/17-18/2018: the website is in the process of moving to a new server.
- 8/22/2018 Confirmed online at http://www.franklinpapers.org/
