  • As of 8/14/2018, the Papers digital edition is offline, and has been for several days, perhaps over a week. The error message reads

The Cloudflare “Always Online” technology does not seem to be in effect. I spoke with a sales associate at Cloudflare on 8/13/2018, and she was going to submit a technical request. No change as of 8/14/2018.
