There seem to be three levels of content:

• Pages are relatively static things, like the home page here.
• Posts are entries added from the separate interface. This is a post.
• Categories are assigned to posts, so they can be pulled in logical groups. This post will have category Website, and I will put a website category menu under Development.
  This may be the way to establish lots of topics.
• Comments are added by website viewers from the browser.

I successfully avoided having comments added to the home page, though I don’t fully understand how this invitation is controlled. At this point, I don’t know why the Sample Page invites the reader to enter comments.
